Insurance Professional Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join our team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients across personal and commercial markets.
This challenging position involves managing client relationships, providing bespoke advice, processing policies and documentation accurately, negotiating with clients and insurers, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
* Manage client interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
* Provide individualised advice to clients based on their specific needs.
* Process policies, amendments and documentation efficiently and accurately.
* Negotiate with clients and insurers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, partners and introducers.
* Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services that meet the needs of clients.
* Perform administrative duties in line with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as an Insurance Executive or similar role is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance is required.
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles with regular interaction with clients is essential.
* Administrative experience and Microsoft Office competence are necessary.
* Familiarity with FCA regulatory requirements is mandatory.
* Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications or willingness to obtain them is preferred.
