In this role, you'll be working across our three Canberra locations and Queanbeyan, playing a key part in achieving clinical education outcomes for our dedicated staff who work around the clock. You'll develop and deliver engaging educational programs, travel between locations to support our teams, and use your creativity to design and implement effective clinical learning strategies. Plus, you'll support and guide career pathway programs to help our staff grow and succeed.

The Role | What You’ll Bring
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
* Hold or be working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coach, mentor, and support staff
* Experience in ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulations
* Excellent time management, organisational skills, and prioritisation to complete tasks with competing deadlines
* Current Driver’s License
