Early Childhood Educator – Room Leader - Full-Time

About the role:

Are you passionate about supporting young children to learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking an experienced and professional Room Leader join our Lilydale team and play a meaningful role in shaping the early learning journeys of our youngest learners.

This is a full-time role, working a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm.

Cire Early Learning Lilydale is a large, purpose-built service guided by a child-led philosophy and a strong connection to nature. Our program embraces natural environments, offsite community walks, and an onsite community garden enjoyed by children across the service.

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader with a passion for creating engaging, responsive curriculum for children aged 2–2.5 years. You will bring a strong commitment to child safety, positive partnerships with families, respectful and empowering relationships, and a collaborative team approach.

About you:

* Minimum 3 years experience as an Early Childhood Room Leader;
* Comfortable working within the National Quality and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks;
* Brings a passion for early childhood education and creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments;
* Compassionate and committed to making a positive difference for children and families;
* An engaging and effective communicator (with colleagues, children and families);
* Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team;
* Ability to lead and mentor a large team of educators.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

* Be eligible to work in Australia;
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care;
* 3 years previous experience in a Room Leader role;
* Have a current First Aid and CPR Certificate;
* Have a current Working with Children Check.
