As a Guest Experience Host (Marketing), you'll combine front-of-house hospitality with on-site marketing — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream sales tours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
* Engage guests face-to-face to build rapport and generate livestream tour bookings
* Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres
* Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
* Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey
* Meet individual and team KPIs
* Complete required system updates and paperwork
Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person
* A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Computer literacy; PMS experience (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous
* Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
