This close-knit team is in need of a Superstar Channel Sales Manager due to a high growth and demand in exclusive projects. As a result, an exciting opportunity has become available for a driven Channel Sales Manager to take their career to the next level.

**The Position**
This role would essentially be that of a Relationship Manager, managing the external agent relationships. Ideally suit someone who is presently working in real estate or property, or alternatively you may also come from an Account Management / Business Development / Sales Background with expertise in relationship building. Being a natural people person you will be someone who loves building long term relationships + truly understanding a client's needs and requirements. A huge plus would be if you had knowledge of investment strategies, but this is not a requirement and more importantly, a can-do attitude is essential.
**The Person**
- Previous Project Sales Experience
- Account Management/Relationship Management experience
- Chinese Speaking is highly advantageous however not essential
- Work Ethic second to none
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A superior communicator who thrives on building relationships
