We now have an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our progressive multi-franchise dealership boosting all the big brands including Ford, Mitsubishi, KIA, Holden, GMSV, Deepal, Foton, Peugeot & Citroen.

Responsibilities will include:
* Promotion and retail sales of various products and/or services to suit customer needs.
* Handling of parts sales and enquiries via phone, email and in-person service.
* Efficiently processing customer orders and providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers.
* Identifying and interpreting various parts and components accurately.
* Invoice preparation, quoting and receipting of parts.
* Inbound and Outbound sales for the Parts Department
* Providing excellent customer service to our busy workshop by providing parts Interpretation for orders, quotes, ETA's, and detailed product information and support
* Collaborate with service technicians and advisors to identify and source required parts in a timely manner.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Automotive Parts Interpreter/Advisor skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Hold a current Driver's License.
* A sound knowledge or ability to learn electronic parts catalogues & listings.
* Knowledge of automotive mechanical and parts.
* Good understanding of safety & WHS requirements.
* Current DMS provider is Pentana, knowledge of this system would be highly regarded. However, training would also be provided
* Exceptional Customer service skills
