Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Bondi Junction as a Valet Parking Attendant, where you'll play a key role in delivering premium, memorable experiences for our customers.
You'll be proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering premium valet services to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and professional parking experience.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring every valet experience is memorable and premium
* Greeting customers on arrival with a warm, confident, and professional approach
* Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles, maintaining the high standards expected at a premium shopping destination
* Processing valet payments accurately, including cash and electronic transactions
* Managing traffic flow and using sound judgement to redirect vehicles when the valet area reaches capacity
This is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

You will bring:
* Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments; valet experience is highly regarded
* A positive, can-do attitude with confidence to think on your feet and work autonomously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with a diverse customer base
* Confidence in parking customer vehicles and operating calmly in a high-energy, premium retail environment
* A genuine commitment to teamwork, accountability, and delivering moments that matter for every customer
* A valid full Australian driver's licence (Manual/Auto)
