Job Description
We are seeking an experienced inventory control professional to provide after-sales support for spare parts, manage warehouse stock, and coordinate customer returns. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
* Provide after-sales support for spare parts, including quoting, order processing, and invoicing.
* Manage warehouse stock for spare parts sales and field service, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
* Coordinate customer returns (RMA & OFI), including assessment, repairs, and invoicing.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
* Arrange freight and logistics for spare parts as needed.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory control, strong customer service skills, and technical product knowledge. They will be able to stay up-to-date with product developments and understand engineering drawings and materials.
