We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional service in a key onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage village operations in remote or mining environments
* Coordinate FIFO rosters, logistics, and resource planning
* Oversee large-scale catering services in industrial kitchen settings
* Maintain knowledge of HACCP principles, FSANZ food safety standards, and audit readiness
* Ensure mine site cleaning requirements and infection control practices are met
* Understand WHS legislation and mine site safety protocols
* Deliver toolbox talks, conduct incident investigations, and complete risk assessments
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS
* Manage budgets, stock ordering, and cost management
* Experience with invoicing, payroll/timesheet reconciliation, and cost reporting
