We're seeking a reliable Fabrication Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical or fabrication work and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble mechanical components of water treatment systems
* Work with stainless steel, pressure pipe systems (uPVC), cables, and frame skids
* Cut, drill, and fabricate parts using hand tools and machinery (e.g. drill press, bandsaw)
* Perform quality inspections on received goods and final builds
* Support general workshop and production needs
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' hands-on experience in mechanical or fabrication work
* Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail
* Team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
* Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings
* Comfortable using tools and workshop equipment
* Fluent English and confident communication skills
* Open driver's licence
* Competence in basic computer tasks (Word, Excel, email)
Bonus Points:
* Welding skills (any level)
* Forklift licence
* Experience in turning, milling, or bending
* Trade qualifications or equivalent experience
* Other High Risk Work Licence(s)
