Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with elderly clients to understand their needs and schedule services.
* Liaise with care managers to confirm requirements and update them on any changes.
* Coordinate service team schedules to optimize economic outcomes and efficiency.
* Tactically source contractors for specialty services like window cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance.
* Monitor daily schedules and collaborate with State Managers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
