**The role**
Due to internal restructuring, an admin position has become available in the facility maintenance team.
**Your duties**:
- Admin related to contracts, invoices and quotes
- Filing and updating records as required.
- Admin assistance to operations and facilities team as needed.
**Your skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills; knowledge of MS Office
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
