Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Pacific Fair store team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager and Optometrist in managing the store, including appointment bookings and customer journeys.
* Assist with running the store on alternate weeks when the Store Manager is rostered off.
* Pursue growth opportunities through training and coaching to develop optical dispensing and leadership skills.
* Receive guidance from Store Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to excel in your role.
* Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service and support local marketing initiatives to grow your customer network.
