About You
You are a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker who is passionate about helping people with disability live independent and fulfilling lives.
You will bring:
* Recent experience working in disability support or community care
* A strong person-centred approach to supporting NDIS participants
* Confidence assisting with daily living activities and community participation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A reliable, professional and flexible approach suited to agency work
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months experience in SIL or community care environment
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NSW Working With Children Check
* Full NSW Driver's Licence
* National Police Check (within 3 years)
* Up-to-date vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights
