Join us and help the world’s leading organizationsunlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleWe are looking for Business Analyst with solid background as a Collections BA or Senior BA in enterprise organisations.In this role you will play a key role in:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Analyze existing collections and hardship processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and system requirements.Work closely with strategy, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.Support the design and implementation of customer-centric solutions that balance recovery goals with fair treatment of customers.Conduct impact assessments for regulatory changes and support implementation planning.Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups to gather insights and validate solutions.Provide SME input into system enhancements, data analysis, and reporting needs.Your ProfileA solid background as a BA or Senior BA in enterprise organisations.Mandatory experience in banking, specifically in collections and hardship management.Strong understanding of collections strategies, hardship programs, and customer treatment frameworks.Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements in the collections and financial hardship space (e.g., ASIC, APRA, NCCP).Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.What You’ll Love About Working HereCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
