We are a young, dynamic and growing Property Management Agency servicing property investors across QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and NT, managing both residential and commercial portfolios.
With a professional and dedicated team, we are continuing to expand and are seeking an experienced Property Manager to service our growing portfolio across Mackay and Bowen.
About You
You are an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of five years' experience working within a Real Estate Agency.
You are confident managing your own portfolio end-to-end, well-versed in current QLD legislation and committed to delivering exceptional service. You take pride in your communication skills, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike.
This is a satellite hybrid role, therefore you must be confident, self-sufficient and highly knowledgeable in your field. All training sessions, team meetings and collaboration are conducted online, so you must be comfortable working independently while remaining highly engaged in a virtual team environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid position servicing our Mackay and Bowen portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a residential portfolio across Mackay and Bowen
Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
Arrears management
Attending Tribunal matters where required
Maintaining accurate records and compliance with QLD legislation
Handling and resolving complaints professionally
Maintaining high service standards in line with our brand and reputation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Property Management
Current QLD registration certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Trading
Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
Strong knowledge of QLD property legislation
Experience using PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
A proactive and solution-focused mindset
Strong customer service and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously within a structured hybrid/virtual environment
