The business: This well-established Queensland business is involved in some of the biggest, city shaping projects in South East Queensland - delivering large-scale projects, urban developments and industrial developments. The Role Working in a large, established legal function, you will provide high quality, practical and solutions-focused advice across a broad mix of property and commercial matters, including: Land related contracts; Project and development documentation; Funding and commercial structuring arrangements; Advisory work relating to planning and statutory requirements; Broader commercial, contract and BAU legal issues. This is not a back-office role. Legal is embedded in project delivery and works closely with senior leadership and project teams from planning through to execution. About You To be considered for this role, you will have: 5–10 years PAE in property, planning & environment or projects; Strong drafting and negotiation capability; Experience in complex commercial contracts and ideally in similar types of projects; The ability to provide clear, commercially grounded advice; Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Private practice experience from a reputable firm will be highly regarded. In-house experience is desirable but not essential.
