The Role
This role is due to growth and the strength of the firms pipeline for 2026. The opportunity would suit an Associate looking for clear career progression, mentorship and a positive team culture.
* Advising on complex commercial disputes, often multi-jurisdictional in nature;
* Varied disputes work including general commercial litigation, class actions, investigations and enquiries;
* Support highly regarded Partners and run matters with limited supervision;
* Manage paralegals and junior lawyers;
* Contribute to training, development and firm-wide initiatives; and
* Fostering and developing client relationships to ensure quality service at all times.
Requirements
* At least 1.5 years' PQE at a leading firm in Australia in their disputes team;
* Commercially minded with strong technical ability;
* Developed interpersonal skills and ability to socialise and interact with clients and colleagues;
* Ambition, drive and a commitment to achieving success.
