Disability Support Workers-Night Shifts & Impromptu Opportunities
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident, reliable and passionate about making a genuine difference.
These roles are ideal for workers who are available for:
Night shifts (active or sleepover, depending on service)
Ad hoc, short-notice or fill-in shifts
Additional hours across a range of Supported Independent Living and community services
Your work will involve supporting adults with disability in their homes and communities, including personal care, behaviour support strategies, daily living assistance, community access and maintaining a safe and positive environment.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in disability, community or aged care support
Availability for night shifts and on-call/ad hoc work
Strong communication and documentation skills
A person-centred approach, respect and professionalism
Understanding of NDIS practice standards and duty of care
Reliability and commitment to high-quality, safe support
Required:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR
Australian Driver Licence & reliable vehicle
