The primary responsibilities of this role include crafting compelling content, managing daily social media schedules, and driving brand awareness. This involves analyzing performance, fostering influencer relationships, and leading eCommerce and social photoshoots. Your insights will shape strategy, ensuring a seamless connection between digital efforts and in-store experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content for social media platforms in collaboration with the Digital team.
* Maintain the daily social media schedule to ensure consistency and quality.
* Manage social media platforms, analyze performance, and develop strategies to increase traffic to websites, stores, and overall brand exposure.
* Post and schedule content across all social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
* Propose, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to identify key categories and products.
* Provide actionable insights to the leadership team by analyzing and profiling the social community.
* Foster strong relationships with key influencers to amplify brand messaging.
* Seed influencers with products and information to create engaging content.
* Manage end-to-end eCommerce and social photoshoots to promote collections through social channels and websites.
* Create engaging video content primarily for YouTube and TikTok to showcase brand storytelling.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media/content creation, preferably in fashion retail.
* Strong experience with organic social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
* Ability to extract valuable insights and data from social media platforms.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign is preferred.
* Possess a passion for social media trends and effective delivery.
* Demonstrate high attention to detail.
* Exhibit excellent collaborative and communication skills.
* Display strong customer service skills and understanding of online shopping environments.
