Warehouse and Sales Assistant
This role is based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a Warehouse and Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers (walk-in, email, and phone)
* Assist with day-to-day activities within the store
* Process orders, invoices, and payments
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store
* Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required
* Perform warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping
* Assist with deliveries when required
Requirements:
* Forklift license is essential
* Possess a strong work ethic
* Be able to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers
* Have an eagerness to learn about products and services
* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
* Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers
* Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines
