We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Browns Plains store. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience during the festive season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with stock receipt and ensure timely allocation to either refill the floor or restock the storeroom
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OHS practices and being able to lift up to 20kg of stock
• Develop strong interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues through excellent communication skills
• Multitask and adapt to changing priorities and challenging situations
Requirements:
• Availability to work across seven days of the week, including busy weekends
• Ability to listen attentively and provide solutions to help customers find the perfect gift idea
• Confidence and personality to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
