About the roleAs an AMEP/SEE Customer Service Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our program operations and enhancing our team's success.
The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) provides formal language tuition, in face‐to‐face and virtual classrooms or through Distance Learning to newly arrived migrants and refugees.
The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) provides high quality training to address language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills to support participants to obtain sustainable employment and— or undertake further education and training.
