About Our Client

Job Description
* Prepare accurate and timely group financial reports in compliance with ASX standards.
* Support month‐end and year‐end closing processes, with high‐level accuracy.
* Provide analysis and insights to support decision‐making and strategic planning.
* Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise accounting processes and systems.
* Mentor and guide junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Group Accountant will be able to demonstrate:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
* CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
* Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in group reporting and compliance.
* Proficiency in multiple financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
