About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated Factory Workers to join our busy manufacturing team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, following processes, and being part of a team that values quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing and assembly of window furnishings
* Following work instructions and production procedures
* Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
* Meeting production deadlines, including overtime when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Good punctuality and reliability
* Basic written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to follow instructions and work to procedures
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work both independently and in a team
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Availability to work a minimum 38-hour week, plus overtime when required
* Availability to work through the Christmas and New Year period
Experience in blinds, curtains, awnings, or security screens manufacturing is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
Please note: This role is not suitable for students or working/holiday visa holders. Applicants must have full Australian work rights and be available for ongoing full-time work.
