ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

The Account Manager - Kids & Licensing is responsible for driving the commercial performance of key retail accounts by delivering compelling, profitable product ranges that meet customer and consumer needs. Acting as a trusted partner across product development, brand and licensing, this role works closely with internal teams and retail partners to achieve sales, margin and growth targets while strengthening Designworks' market position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Building and managing strong retail partnerships, acting as a trusted product and category expert
* Leading account engagement through range presentations, meetings and ongoing commercial communication
* Translating retailer briefs, brand direction and consumer insights into commercially successful product ranges
* Partnering with design, planning, production and QA teams to deliver ranges on time, on budget and to standard
* Identifying growth opportunities across accounts, categories and brands and supporting business development initiatives
* Analysing sales, margin and performance data to optimise outcomes and inform future ranges
* Ensuring accuracy across buy files, pricing, costing, systems and timelines
* Supporting governance, licensing compliance and operational best practice across all programs

ABOUT YOU

* Strong commercial and financial acumen with a clear understanding of retail drivers
* Experience across product development, brand and/or licensing environments
* Confident relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working across Office tools and PLM systems
* Growth-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
