Job Summary
Assist in providing exceptional human resources support to drive employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs. Collaborate with the Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture to coordinate end-to-end recruitments, onboarding, and learning and development initiatives across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR assistance with employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs.
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitments, onboarding, and learning and development initiatives for hotel teams across three properties.
* Manage administrative tasks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Administer WorkCover claims and Return to work process.
* Initiate and drive engagement activities to promote a positive culture.
* Complete HR reports and projects as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in hotels or a related industry is preferred.
* Proven administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
* Understanding of Industrial Relations, Occupational Health & Safety legislation, Worker's Compensation is an added advantage.
* Ability to work at a fast pace and manage competing priorities.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with team members at all levels.
