Job Description
This role will be responsible for executing a timely and efficient delivery process to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure consistent and accurate delivery schedules for each site.
* Process all payments and invoices with high attention to detail.
* Process purchase orders efficiently.
* Deliveries must be booked in a timely manner.
* Support the sales team in meeting their objectives.
* Manage customer inquiries efficiently, escalating any issues that may arise with the Delivery Manager.
Requirements
* A strong background in logistics or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using technology to manage and track deliveries.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
