Job Summary:
As a Senior Infrastructure Development Lead, you will oversee the technical direction and implementation of civil design projects from feasibility to commissioning. This role requires expertise in infrastructure development, budgeting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive budgets and fee proposals for infrastructure projects
* Lead the urban development design process using specialized software such as AutoCAD 12D Drains and Microsoft Project
* Provide expert guidance on technical supervision and quality assurance processes
* Collaborate with engineers and designers to achieve department goals and enhance engineering application processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
* Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation
* Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure development, land development, greenfield, or brownfield projects
* Strong technical expertise in civil design, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes
* Proficient in water resource management and QA processes
