Job Description
As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and review claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring accurate outcomes.
You will liaise with stakeholders to discuss dispute resolutions and prepare documentation as required. Developing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences are also key aspects of this role.
In addition, you will maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
