This position operates under a tiered services model as part of a centralised HR operations model. The advisor will work closely with specialist HR teams and business partners to deliver responsive, high-quality services.
Your New Opportunity
You will be responsible for delivering human resource services that enable world-class care across a large tertiary hospital and regional network. Key responsibilities include:
1. Rearching and interpreting HR directives, policies, procedures, industrial agreements and awards;
2. Managing enquiries;
3. Supporting recruitment and transfers;
4. Assisting with grievance and dispute matters;
5. Educating managers on operational processes through training sessions.
