The Role
As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall success of the boutique. You will assist in the daily operations and management of the store, ensuring seamless efficiency and a high standard of service. Engaging with clients to build lasting relationships, you will provide expert guidance and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence. In this role, you will support and motivate the sales team, driving performance and fostering a positive team culture. Skills and Experience
