We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent with at least two years of industry experience to join our team on the Mornington Peninsula. We focus on providing a high-touch, empathetic service, and we are looking for someone who shares those values to help us care for our growing community of clients.

Your Focus
* Guide & Negotiate: You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from delivering high-impact listing presentations to navigating sale negotiations.
* Grow Your Community: You will use your existing knowledge of the Peninsula to build new relationships and maintain the ones you have nurtured over the years.
* Premium Client Advocacy: You will provide the high-touch, transparent service our clients expect, ensuring every vendor and buyer experience is seamless and professional.
* Collaborative Support: While you will manage your own listings, you will be part of a team that shares insights and supports each other's goals.
What You Bring
We are looking for an agent who balances a strong professional drive with a genuine, approachable nature.
* Local Experience: You have at least two years of experience in residential sales and a solid understanding of the Mornington Peninsula market.
* Communication with Heart: You are an excellent communicator who can navigate the complexities of a sale with a calm and steady hand.
* Integrity & Drive: You are self-motivated and professional, holding a current Victorian Real Estate License or Agent's Representative Certificate.
