Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ballarat, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time. As a Salesperson at Oritech Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of tools and equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying client needs, delivering exceptional service, preparing and following up on proposals and quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to improving sales strategies and achieving revenue goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand and recommend professional tools and equipment
* Skills in lead generation, relationship building, and pipeline management
* Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
* Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing or service industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is highly desirable
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
