Wonderland Community Services (Wonderland Retreat) is seeking compassionate, resilient, and skilled workers with experience in disability, youth work or mental health, ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people and children.
About the Role
You will be supporting young people who require:
* Firm, consistent boundaries and structure
* Confidence in managing escalated behaviours
* A calm, regulated presence under pressure
* Active, hands-on support (not stand-back support)
We Are Looking For People Who:
* Have proven experience managing challenging and/or aggressive behaviours
* Are physically and emotionally resilient
* Can follow direction and behaviour support plans exactly as written
* Are not intimidated by confrontation and can remain calm and in control
* Understand the importance of team consistency and communication
* Are reliable, accountable, and show up ready to work
Essential requirements:
* Current Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance
* Valid WWVP and NDIS Worker Screening
* Minimum (or willing to obtain) Cert IV Community Services
