The position requirements include but are not limited to: Manage and coordinate day-to-day production operations Ensure safety, quality, and production KPIs are consistently met Manage, coach, and develop production teams and supervisors Drive continuous improvement to optimise efficiency and reduce downtime Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams To be considered for this role you should ideally possess the following: Tertiary qualifications and/or a solid background in mechanical or electrical engineering Proven experience managing teams in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, practical approach Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively On Offer Day shift hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am-3.30pm, Friday 7am-1pm Salary range: $115K - $120k super (negotiable depending on experience) We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
