Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and going above and beyond to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team environment to achieve sales targets and support store operations.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of furniture products, including indoor settings, outdoor settings, and couches, in order to effectively assist customers with their queries.
* Effectively manage work tasks around customer needs and provide services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-focused retail business is highly desirable, but not essential if you have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* A high level of product knowledge and a passion for selling furniture would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
