This is a busy, hands-on role suited to a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of operational processes. You will play a key role in managing customer and supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high service standards across the business. About the Role You will oversee customer and supplier order management processes while supporting sales, logistics, and administration functions. This role requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities Oversee customer and supplier order management in SAP, ensuring contract compliance and timely communication Prepare and manage accurate shipping and customs documentation Manage operational processes including contract authorisations, invoice accuracy, reporting, vessel bookings, and financial reconciliations Support sales, logistics, and administrative functions to maintain service levels and cost control Coordinate supplier orders, processing requirements, consignment tracking, and compliance with purchase contracts Create and manage sales contracts, pricing decisions, and customer invoicing Liaise with international suppliers and logistics partners to manage stock levels and product delivery About You You will bring: Proven experience in customer service within international trade Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills A solid understanding of finance processes, contract management, and order processing Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical capability The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure Outstanding customer focus and communication skills Experience coordinating international suppliers and logistics operations What's on Offer A dynamic and busy role with variety and responsibility Supportive and collaborative team culture Flexibility within a stable and growing organisation Convenient City Fringe location If you are an experienced customer service professional with international trade exposure who enjoys working in a commercially focused, operationally driven environment, we would love to hear from you.
