- Monitor and audit outsourced service providers' maintenance performance and service records to ensure compliance and quality.
- Ensure maintenance tasks and preventative schedules within CMMS follow industry best practice and are suitable for UNSW buildings and infrastructure.

- Deliver training and support to internal and external stakeholders on CMMS use, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Act as a key contact for asset data handover from capital and minor works projects, ensuring seamless integration into CMMS.
- Serve as a technical liaison across Estate Management teams—Engineering, Maintenance, Projects—and external service providers to maintain clear communication around CMMS operations.

**About You**
- Relevant degree or equivalent competency gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
