Key Roles and Responsibilities
We seek experienced technical professionals to join our team as Technical Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide critical support for the seamless operation of enterprise applications.
You will collaborate closely with end-users, IT teams, and developers to resolve complex system issues, recommend enhancements, and support application upgrades.
* Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal performance.
* Develop effective solutions to complex problems through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Own and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on intricate system issues.
* Assist in the creation of comprehensive documentation to aid in troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
* Actively participate in on-call rotations and assist in incident management protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in systems implementation and support.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced proficiency in database systems like MSSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
