POSITION Travel Manager LOCATION London UK (Hybrid Position) Local resident PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Travel Manager is responsible for managing and executing complete, end-to-end luxury travel programmes for VIP principals. This role oversees global destination planning, protocol coordination, security arrangements, event management, and personalised service delivery to ensure seamless, world-class travel experiences aligned with the highest royal hospitality standards. QUALIFICATIONS - Degree in Hospitality Management, Travel Management or related field - Strong understanding of global luxury travel standards - Knowledge of international protocol and embassy coordination - Multilingual capability highly regarded (English mandatory; Arabic and European languages advantageous) EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - 10-12 years' experience in luxury hospitality or travel management - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar senior-level hospitality/travel role - Proven experience arranging bespoke, worldwide VIP travel itineraries - Extensive knowledge of international luxury hotels, restaurants and destinations - Strong event planning and on-site coordination experience - Budget forecasting and financial oversight capabilities - Experience liaising with embassies, protocol departments and security teams - Exceptional organisational and leadership skills - Proactive problem-solving approach - Strong time management and multitasking ability - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-pressure situations discreetly - Familiarity with global luxury travel trends and seasonal destination planning ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Research, analyse and recommend global travel destinations aligned with season, occasion and VIP preferences - Develop customised, worldwide travel programmes from planning through completion - Manage hotel reservations, dining arrangements and exclusive venue bookings - Act as primary point of contact before, during and after VIP travel - Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements including room inspections and personalised preferences - Organise events, entertainment and bespoke experiences during travel - Oversee full travel execution within approved budgets and timelines - Forecast travel plans and establish operating goals to ensure VIP satisfaction - Coordinate décor, entertainment, transportation, venues and invitee management for travel-related events - Maintain direct communication with embassies and protocol departments - Coordinate security arrangements including local guard services where required - Ensure all arrangements reflect palace-level standards of discretion and excellence - Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Hospitality SALARY €5,000 to €7,000 per month Please note: Kindly check your junk or spam mail folders after applying, as our response to your application may occasionally be diverted there.
