ACRWORLD is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Sydney, NSW, Australia. The role involves managing a full 360 desk in the Australian manufacturing sector, selling and delivering perm and contract recruitment services under various delivery models.

Key responsibilities
Manage a full 360 recruitment desk in the Australian manufacturing sector.
Collaborate with an existing team and take ownership of a national market segment.
Sell and deliver permanent and contract recruitment services under various delivery models (contingent recruitment, contract, retained search, etc.).
Skills and experience
Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment.
Strong background in delivering permanent recruitment services.
Customer-centric, long-term relationship approach.
Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Industry knowledge in manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
