Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks to guests.
* Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
* Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
* Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages.
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge.
* Experienced barista with a passion for coffee.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
* Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends.
* Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirement.
