As a Parts Interpreter, you will:
Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
Prepare and order parts
Perform inventory control / stock take
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment
Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
Excellent customer service and professional presentation
Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation software
This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we'll request them later in the recruitment process.
