The Finance Director is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding the finance department and contributing to the company's success and sustainability. The successful candidate will develop and facilitate the delivery of financial strategy, operational plans, and related programmes ensuring alignment with company strategic and operational priorities.
* Develop and deliver financial strategy, operational plans, and related programmes
* Provide effective insight, informed decision-making, and commercial acumen for the company and its related entities
* Lead the finance department, ensuring statutory, taxation, and audit compliance, and support organisational governance and risk management
* Demonstrate strong business acumen, commercial thinking, and link high-level strategy to operational outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience in financial management, accounting, management accounting, and statutory, taxation, and audit compliance
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards, and associated practices
* Experience in strategic planning, organisational governance, and risk management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling informed decisions to drive effective organisational performance
* Expertise in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting (intermediate to advanced)
