Looking for a role where you can enjoy stability, variety and a lovely team.
Based in Nambour, this role offers parking, Monday to Friday hours (8.30am–5pm), and the chance to be part of a professional services firm with a genuinely down-to-earth culture.
You'll be the welcoming face and voice of the company - greeting clients, answering calls and making sure reception runs smoothly. But this isn't just reception. You'll also get involved in a variety of admin tasks from helping with preparing and processing documents, reports and even learning different portals.
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting clients and answering calls with professionalism and warmth
* Keeping reception tidy and organised
* Variety of admin duties including typing, mail, ordering stationery and office supplies through to compiling reports
* Meeting support – offering refreshments
* Managing petty cash
* Assisting with client billings and processing documents
* General admin support for the team

What we're looking for:
* Previous reception/admin experience ideal (professional services helpful, but not essential - everything can be taught)
* Professional presentation and a welcoming manner
* Great attention to detail and take pride in meeting deadlines
* MS Office skills - particularly Word and Outlook, basic Excel
* Team player with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
