Store Services Officer
We are looking for a Store Services Officer to join our team. This is a critical role that will support and enable store leaders to maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster an environment focused on delivering a great customer experience in store and online
* Coach and support the store leadership team to maintain a safe and compliant store environment
* Work with a diverse range of people in a fast-paced, changing environment, you'll gain real-world experience and grow as a person
Requirements:
Ability to engage and role model ways to delight our customers through every day interactions
Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store
A strong desire to learn about the day-to-day running of a supermarket in order to provide great support to the store team on a day-to-day basis
An ability to work well with others through collaboration to achieve great outcomes
A focus on developing awareness of your own leadership style and desire to grow into a future leader
An appreciation of the value working across stores brings to enable a positive shopping experience for our customers
A curious mindset to develop your own skills and capabilities to support you to take the next step in your career
