An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join our Customer Home Lending team in a 6 month secondment. The team is situated in Bankwest Place and provides lending support to our customers over the phone.
Our Team Managers consistently support our colleagues and we require a manager who will work onsite, Full-time, in our Perth office to support and coach the team.
Do work that matters
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of bank colleagues to ensure that business goals are met and exceeded whilst providing exceptional customer service within our community. During your time in the role you will have an opportunity to impact the customer experience and the success of the program by developing, mentoring and driving your team members to ensure that the Bankwest values and expectations are displayed in every interaction we have.
Day to day you will be responsible for leading a team to drive exceptional customer service experiences. You will do this by:
- Mentoring, coaching and developing your team's skills and knowledge to increase customer satisfaction- Supporting team members to achieve their individual development goals- Developing staff to support customers to achieve their home loan goals- Adapt quickly within a fast paced and ever changing setting- Raising awareness of Bankwest's digital platforms and educating customers to utilise these platforms- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement- Driving a risk aware culture and being accountable for operational risks within the team
