Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to join our logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our transport and logistics activities. Your Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain transport-related documentation such as delivery dockets, registers, compliance records, PODs, and supplier paperwork. * Communicate with internal teams and external providers to confirm details, request information, or follow up on documentation. * Assist with data entry, record maintenance, filing, and maintaining up-to-date logs for transport and freight activities. * Enter bookings, update schedules, assist with freight tracking as required. Generate reports summaries project managers workshop teams.
