We're seeking a Property Management Assistant who shows up daily with a get-it-done attitude and is always thinking ahead.

You will be working side by side with a Senior Property Manager, as well as the Licensee, with a view of managing your own Portfolio.

About the Role

You're a high-energy, organized person with no problem juggling tasks and responsibilities. Supporting others is your thing. Satisfaction for you means taking care of the little (and big) things that help your team work more effectively.

This Property Management Assistant might be PERFECT for you if you're positive, tech-savvy and an organized self-starter with experience in a similar role. Real estate experience specifically is not required.

Attention to detail and interpersonal skills that ensure discretion and confidentiality are essential. A commitment to continuously learning, improving, and refining your skills is a part of who you are. You like to be around people, and are also perfectly comfortable working on your own.

The right candidate will have access to ongoing training to help upskill your given skill set with a view to further advancing your position in the company.

The position is being offered as full-time.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with the running & co-ordination of the office.
* Provide support to the Property Management team.
* Diary management/arranging appointments
* Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
* Database entry and management
* Client relationships and management
* Marketing and advertising
* Prepare properties for all inspections
* Ongoing training and support
